Imagine Cup is a global competition that empowers the next generation of computer science students to team up and use their creativity, passion and knowledge of technology to create applications that shape how we live, work and play. Every year tens of thousands of students from across the globe compete for cash, travel and prizes and for the honor of taking home the Imagine Cup!


Eligibility
If you’re a student at a university, community college, vocational or trade school, or a high school, you are eligible to participate in Microsoft Imagine. All students at accredited schools around the world are eligible. You are at least 16 years of age as of July 31 2016.

TEAMS AND MENTORS
Up to three (3) eligible students may submit a single entry as a team. It is recommended that
each team (or individual if competing alone) enlist the services of a mentor. Mentors may be
from academic institutions, not-for-profit organizations, or private companies.

HOW DO I ENTER?
To participate in Imagine Cup 2017, you must first create an account at
https://compete.imagine.microsoft.com/. Once you have registered you can sign up for the
competition and start building your team.
You can submit one entry to the Competition.

The dates vary from country to country.
All submissions will be concluded no later than 31 May 2017.
The last date for entry via Online Final will be 30 April 2017.
